The PFAS Road Goes on Forever

This session will address the status of EPA’s strategic roadmap for action under SDWA, CWA, CERCLA, CAA and TSCA. EPA announced in October 2021 a comprehensive, multi-office plan based on three central directives to research, restrict and remediate PFAS. Three years later, there are multiple proposals poised for adoption and final, effective rules. This session will also address other PFAS crossings, including toxicity assessments and enforcement.
