In this session we will discuss the impact over the past 20 years regarding the preferred method of communication evolving from face to face, voice to voice to texting, emailing, Twitter, FaceBook, etc. We will be looking at what the best practices are on using our mobile devices and the affect they have on safety awareness from driving to walking, work task distraction, and the general deterioration of our communication skills today between employer, employees, clients, and community. We will take a look at the impact our mobile devices has on society today from toddlers to senior citizens.
