Seating Policy: Admittance will be first-come, first seated. Room maximums will be posted at each door. For safety, attendees are not allowed to sit or stand in the back of the room and no chairs will be added. If a session is full, you will need to attend an alternate session. This does not apply to training sessions, which are pre-register only.
Minimum Attendance: Some training sessions must have a minimum attendance. If a session is cancelled or modified, you will be notified prior to the seminar.

Cancellations: ONLY written cancellations received prior to May 23 will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after May 23.
Substitutions: Substitutions will be accepted through May 23.

Presentations: Attendees with valid e-mail addresses will be granted access to all presentations after the seminar.

Applications have been made for CEU and CM points from ABIH** and BCSP*. Sign-up sheets for points will be available at the seminar registration desk, and certification letters will be offered following the seminar.
*BCSP credit for professional conferences is determined by the length of the conference. Attendance at a conference for 2 or more days earns 1 point, attendance for at least one full day, but less than 2 days earns .05 points and no points are awarded for attending less than a full day.
**ABIH credit for professional conferences is awarded at the rate of 1 credit for each day attended. Half credits are available for half-days attended.
For $35 per person, you can purchase a pass to many of the exciting attractions at Moody Gardens (except Schlitterbahn). Your pass will get you free admission to the IMAX Theaters, Paddleboat, Palm Beach, and the Aquarium, Discovery and Rainforest Pyramids for the length of your stay (compared to a $25 per person daily pass if you go on your own). Attractions passes are non-refundable and are not available for purchase after May 23.

For $41.12 per person, you can purchase a pass to Schlitterbahn at Moody Gardens. Your pass will get you unlimited free admission to Schlitterbahn for five days (compared to a $36.79 per person daily pass if you go on your own). Schlitterbahn passes are non-refundable and are not available for purchase after May 23.
Directions from Houston: Take I-45 South to Galveston. In Galveston, turn right on 61st Street, right on Seawall Blvd., right on 81st to Jones, left on Hope Blvd. to Moody Gardens.
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of the individual. A limited number of rooms will be available at a discounted rate for the seminar. The deadline to receive this rate, if rooms are available, is May 17. After that date, all rooms will be released and we cannot guarantee rooms or the conference rate. No-shows and cancellations after 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night's room and tax.
